Pursuant to Article L713-6 of the Intellectual Property Code, the Seller may use trademarks belonging to third parties as a necessary reference to indicate the destination of a product or service, including as an accessory or spare part, provided that there is no confusion about their origin.

In any case, no order can be interpreted as transferring any Intellectual property rights for the benefit of any Buyer, in any way.

Any reproduction and dissemination of the material on the Site, without prior written permission from the person entitled, therefore expose the offenders to legal proceedings.

The Publisher and/or the Seller also reserves the right to oppose, stop or seek compensation for any use that it deems unfair, constitutive of an act of commercial parasitism, or contrary to its image.
